REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with our services, please notify us via email within 7 days of your purchase, and let us know that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please use the following address and subject line:

Refunds/Service Charges are subject to the following fee’s effective July 4th, 2014:
a.) 4.5% Cancellation fee of total purchase when WCG is notified via email (info@weCleanGarages.com) with 14 days notice or longer of your scheduled appointment
b.) 7% Cancellation fee of total purchase when WCG is notified via telephone (1-855-924-4968) with 14 days notice or longer of your scheduled appointment
c.) 10% Cancellation fee of total purchase when WCG is notified via email (info@wecleangarages.com) with 14 days notice or less of your scheduled appointment
d.) 14% Cancellation fee of total purchase when WCG is notified via telephone (1-855-924-4968) with 14 days notice or less of your scheduled appointment
e.) 10% (or $35.00 which ever is greater) Trip Charge fee of total purchase of missed appointment (per missed appointment) by customer that agrees and accepted the appointment date and time frame from wcg via email confirmation.
f.) Bounced Check fee of $36.00 (plus applicable court and attorney/all collection fee’s if necessary to litigate to recover funds.
g.) C.O.D purchase is payable upon WCG arrival in cash payment only of total amount of service level (ie: bronze, silver, gold or diamond/additional services and/or accessories) plus 10% premium charge of total amount on all C.O.D. service appointments.

Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account. Please also include in your email the service purchase information relevant to the cancellation request.

If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an e-mail to us with the following subject line “Refund Delay” and we will investigate the matter within 24 – 72 hours. Please use the following address and subject line:
